In Silver Plated holder, this beautiful, Bubbled Cranberry Glass, Pickle Jar from the Depression era, originated in USA.

Its silver plated frame has a more contemporary style pattern than many of the highly detailed filigree patterns.

The jar does have one crack near to its base (price reflective), it is still useable but much more practical as an ornament.
